Branding and identity system for 2023 BFA Graphic Design Capstone Senior exhibition at the Gardiner Gallery
My group members and I were chosen to execute the branding for the Spring 2023 BFA Graphic Design Senior Capstone exhibition. I am so honored to have worked with them on this project and through our hard work we came up with branding that truly represents us and our peers.

Concept Overview:
Threshold: When the threshold is reached, something new happens or changes;
what you step across to enter a new place/thing/opportunity

- The threshold one can cross over into our minds as designers, a look into who we each are alone and together
- The threshold between our future and now
When the threshold is reached, something new happens or changes. With capstone, we are nearing the end of one experience where we will then cross over into new individual paths. As we prepare to cross our threshold into the future, we get the opportunity to invite people to take a look into our minds as designers and see what makes each of us unique. Capstone is a time to allow others to cross the thresholds of our creative minds and see what we each have to offer as graphic designers.
We are each made up of individual parts, thoughts, motivations, and things that form who we are. With threshold we offer the opportunity to celebrate these individual aspects of ourselves while acknowledging what brings us together as a class.
Scanners can act as a threshold between a designer and their digital work, opening the door for more possibilities, as well as being a doorway between the physical and digital. We want to utilize the capabilities of a scanner by using it to give us a look into each individual capstone designer and what makes them unique.
